Description
The Snapmaker Straight Groove V-Bit is an ideal tool for exciting turning projects and milling jobs. The V-Bit made of UF20 tungsten steel is characterised by its extraordinary hardness and wear resistance. It is equipped with a long, sharp cutting edge, which penetrates deep into the material. The bits are lengthened on both sides, creating a larger engagement area and ensuring better milling of cylinders, for example. The wide flutes remove chips and thus prevent blockages. This makes V-bits ideal for 4-axis CNC machines.
The V-Bit shows excellent compatibility not only with epoxy tooling materials but also with other materials such as carbon fibre board, ebony or MDF board.
Note: Desired settings can be adjusted in the Snapmaker Luban software to achieve efficient and precise results.
