Description
AzteQ is an industrial delta printer with a closed, heated chamber for high-end 3D printing without material or space compromises.
The industrial printer enables the production of parts from materials such as ABS, ASA, PA, PC or PP that can withstand high temperatures and are chemically and mechanically resistant.
Delta kinematics accuracy
The main advantage of delta printers, besides printing speed, is spatial accuracy and excellent print surface quality.
In the AzteQ Industrial, the print head is supported by extremely light and rigid carbon arms, which are mounted on strong magnets similar to the head itself. Together with the state-of-the-art THK linear guide, the delta kinematics ensure fast, precise and repeatable movements for perfect print output.
Large print volume
The AzteQ Industrial was built as a high volume Delta 3D printer. The maximum print size for a model is 30 cm diameter and 40 cm height.
Actively heated chamber
Thanks to the print chamber that can be heated up to 80 °C, the AzteQ also allows you to safely print large models in advanced technological materials.
E3D V6 Hotend
The AzteQ comes standard with the popular E3D V6 hotend. The compact hotend guarantees the highest quality printing and enables the processing of a wide range of materials.
It is possible to upgrade the AzteQ Industrial with a Volcano or SuperVolcano hotend.
High speed for high print volumes
With the AzteQ, the model is always statically positioned on the PrintPad and the lightweight printhead without extruder surprises not only with its speed of movement but also with its printing capacity.
Robust frame with separate compartments
Thanks to the thermal insulation of the chamber, heat loss is minimised and heating of the printer surface is more efficient. In addition, a separate electronics compartment with active cooling reduces thermal stress during prolonged printing at high temperatures.
Flexible & interchangeable print bed surfaces
A flexible print bed allows easy removal of the model after printing and is the first step towards automating additive manufacturing. In addition, the wide range of print bed surface options ensures optimal adhesion with each print material used.
Remote printer management & integrated camera
With built-in lighting, integrated camera and remote access from anywhere, you have 100% control over the printer. So you can print for days without worry. Combined with the remote port, you can also connect an additional external USB webcam.
