Description

WIKO Hobby spray adhesive is a transparent, high-performance adhesive based on synthetic rubber, developed for fast, clean and large-area bonding. Whether it's paper, cardboard, polystyrene, fabric, foam or other porous materials, the fine spray application ensures even wetting and excellent initial adhesion immediately after spraying.

The ability to use both contact and assembly bonding methods means that the application remains flexible and efficient. The adhesive is particularly effective with absorbent materials, as it penetrates deep into the surface and provides an immediate bond. With a temperature resistance of -25°C to +70°C (short-term), the bond remains stable even under changing conditions.

► Ideal for crafts, model making, repairs and a wide range of household applications.

Suggested applications:

Shake WIKO® Adhesive Spray thoroughly before use. Make sure that the surfaces to be bonded are dry and free from dust and grease. Metal surfaces and porous, uneven or highly absorbent materials will benefit from a thin coat of adhesive primer.

For contact bonding, spray the adhesive onto both surfaces from a distance of around 20-30 cm. After a short wait, the components can be precisely positioned and pressed together. To prevent the nozzle from clogging after use, turn the can upside down and spray a few times until no more adhesive comes out.

For assembly bonding, apply the adhesive to one of the surfaces to be bonded from a distance of around 20-30 cm. Then insert the parts in the still-wet adhesive and fix them in place.

Note: As adhesives can react differently on different materials, carry out a small preliminary test first. The adhesive must cure completely to achieve a resilient and strong final bond - this can take 12 to 24 hours normally.
