Description

The 3DJake Flexplate System with nano-coating is a finely structured print surface for FDM printers, which enables improved adhesion and easier detachment of the model.

Our system includes a magnetic base with 3M adhesive backing and a flexible steel plate made of high-quality spring steel that does not permanently bend or warp when flexed but simply comes back into shape. Therefore, after printing, the flexible building board can be detached from the magnetic base and the print can be removed more easily by gently bending it.

Compared to PEI printing plates, the flexplate has a more finely structured surface to which less residue adheres. This also extends the life of the printing plate.
