Description

Flexible build plate system for resin 3D printers

The 3DJake Flexible Buildplate System was specially developed for the easy removal of the finished parts.

Our system includes a magnetic base with adhesive backing and a flexible construction plate made of high-quality spring steel that does not permanently bend or warp when flexed, but simply comes back into shape. Therefore, after printing, the flexible building board can be detached from the magnet base and the print can be removed more easily by gently bending it. It is also possible to wash and cure the model directly on the plate. In the meantime, you can start a new print on an additional plate in order to largely increase productivity.

Thanks to a specially patterned surface, our steel plate has improved adhesion compared to most of the original platforms, which significantly increases the success rate!

The magnet base has a thickness of 1.5 mm with alternating polarity, which creates an astonishing strength to guarantee a beautiful print result even with large-format prints.

  • For fitting this to a Mars 2 Pro, is any adjustment of the hardware needed or does the ball and socket head of the build plate have enough give to allow the extra 2mm for the plate
