This is a Honeywell 100k Ohm NTC Axial Thermistor.

E3D hot-end compatibility

Some heating blocks from E3D have a connection for an axial thermistor. Be warned that this connection hole is closer to the heating cartridge than the nozzle. This can lead to inaccurate nozzle temperature measurements.
