Description
Fiberlogy PP filament creates the possibility of 3D printing with the world's second most used polymer - polypropylene. Due to its high mechanical resistance and remarkable flexibility as well as resistance to chemical substances (acids, bases, water), it has found many applications in various areas of industry and everyday use.
The impressive tensile strength makes polypropylene perfect for the production of elements that require a long service life while maintaining flexibility.
Polypropylene is recyclable, which is why printouts can be recycled with other waste.
Properties:
- Odourless
- High chemical resistance
- Resistance to mechanical damage
- Very good adhesion between the printing layers
- Suitable for contact with food

Wow
Rated with 5 out of 5 stars.
PP is always a bear to print.
1st print failed because I had fan speed at 20-40%, and the geometry of this print had overhangs. Once I turned fan to 0% the entire print, and had bed at 80°C using Magigoo PP adhesive, and Extruder temp at 235°C=most perfect PP print I've ever had. I've printed with lots of different PP filaments. And all those were just boring 'natural' PP which is slightly transclucent depending on thickness, this is a cool opaque blue color. Love it.
And best of all: I 3d print to prep for injection molding. All the other PP filaments are around 400-500 MPA Flexural Modulus. But the injection molding world is closer to 900-1200MPA. So every time we went to mass production, they were stiffer.
This awesome filament is right at 1000 MPA, giving us much more confidence all the snapfits will be accurate forces once we go to mass production.
I usually don't write reviews, but great work Fiberology! Was this rating helpful? (0) (0)

If kept in the plastic wrapping and box it will last years. If opened, it is hard to say, it depends on the humidity in the environment and if it is exposed to much sunlight.
