Prusa Prusament PC Blend Carbon Fiber Black (NFC), 1.75 mm / 800 g

The Prusa Prusament PC Blend Carbon Fiber is a carbon fibre-reinforced PC blend developed for demanding technical applications. The addition of carbon fibres significantly enhances strength, stiffness, toughness and temperature resistance compared to standard PC Blend.

Compared to unmodified PC Blend, PCCF offers greater dimensional stability, improved tensile strength and excellent resistance to UV radiation and common chemicals. Its high temperature tolerance makes it particularly well suited to components exposed to sustained thermal stress.

Another key advantage is its reduced tendency to warp: PCCF enables larger models to be printed even without an enclosed build chamber - a clear benefit over pure PC Blend. At the same time, the carbon fibre reinforcement creates a matte, technical surface finish with a professional appearance. The material is ideally suited to mechanically and thermally stressed parts, housings, brackets and functional components in industrial environments.
