Revopoint MetroX Pro, Standard Edition

The Revopoint MetroX Pro is a powerful, high-performance 3D scanner for precision industrial measurements and highly detailed digitisation. Thanks to the combination of multi-line laser technology and blue structured light, the scanner enables fast and accurate scans of a wide variety of surfaces, including dark and high-gloss materials.

Multi-line laser technology

With up to 30 cross laser lines, it can efficiently scan flat or difficult to capture surfaces, while 15 parallel laser lines capture the finest details, edges and complex structures. In full-field blue structured light mode, the scanner achieves a speed of up to 7 million points per second and enables marker-free scans of components with detailed structures.

Industrial precision

The MetroX Pro offers measurement accuracy with a precision of up to 0.01 mm and an accuracy of up to 0.02 mm. Thanks to the flexible scanning ranges, both smaller objects and larger workpieces can be captured with ease.

Flexible scanning ranges

The scanner covers different object sizes and offers flexible individual scans:

• 160 x70 mm at 200 mm distance,
• 320 x 215 mm at 400 mm distance.

High-speed scanning

• Up to 7,000,000 dots/s in structured light mode,
• Up to 2,000,000 dots/s in multi-line laser mode.

Scanning without spray

Even black or glossy surfaces can be scanned directly without having to use additional matting sprays.

Automated scans

In combination with the Dual-Axis Auto Turntable, one-click scans can be performed, enabling repeatable and automated scanning processes.

Powerful software

The included Revo Metro software offers comprehensive functions for the entire workflow - from point cloud creation, fusion and meshing to editing, merging and exporting 3D data. In addition, the scanner supports PC-to-Mobile Scan Streaming, allowing scans to be conveniently displayed and monitored on multiple devices.
