Description
The Zortrax Curing Station is a fully automated machine made from polished sheet metal for curing models printed with a resin-based 3D printer. The powerful curing station is suitable for the post-processing of more demanding resins and is compatible with common resin 3D technologies such as UV-LCD, DLP and SLA. The UV exposure time of the curing station is set individually depending on the resin - usually it does not exceed a few minutes.
The curing station is equipped with a soft-close door as well as a PMMA filter layer as a safety precaution. While you are observing the curing process of your model, there is no danger of UV radiation escaping from the curing chamber: thanks to an integrated sensor, the UV lamps switch off automatically when the door is open!
